Shadow yoga students are guided in class to learn "preludes", moving sequences ranging from beginners to advanced. The preludes help the yoga aspirant to establish a personal/home practice creating a balance between taught/guided classes with self self-practice. In time there is progression to intuitive "freestyle''.

The practice is grounding, balancing, blood cleansing and bone strengthening, promoting meditation and improving digestion and elimination.

ZOOM 6 - 7.30pm : All Levels with Shadow Yoga experience

WEDNESDAY

9 - 10.30am : Te Kamo War Memorial Hall, Boswell St Te Kamo.
6 - 7pm
: Ngunguru Home Studio - "Book your mat". Small group classes limited to 6 people.
