Shadow yoga students are guided in class to learn
"preludes", moving sequences ranging from beginners to advanced. The preludes help the yoga aspirant to establish a personal/home practice creating a balance between taught/guided classes with self self-practice. In time there is progression to intuitive "freestyle''.

The practice is grounding, balancing, blood cleansing and bone strengthening, promoting meditation and improving digestion and elimination.

4 - 5.15pm : The Foundations/Beginners - Oakura Bay Hall

TUESDAY

ZOOM 6 - 7.30pm : All Levels with Shadow Yoga experience

WEDNESDAY

9 - 10.30amAll levels welcome - Te Kamo War Memorial Hall, Boswell St, Te Kamo.

THURSDAY

6 - 7.30pm : Shadow Yoga - All levels welcome - Te Kamo War Memorial Hall, Boswell St, Te Kamo.

FRIDAY

9 - 10.30am : Foundations of Yoga - Te Kamo War Memorial Hall, Boswell St, Te Kamo.
This is a Kohu (donations) based class.
